For me, I know it’s applying for jobs. I’m so over it. I’ve been working really hard to have the background and skills needed for the position I seek most, and I still have yet to attain my goal. I’ve gotten the degree, worked the random jobs, done the volunteer work, and the internships, networked, started side hustles, and rewritten the resumes, and still I wait. Now, this is not to say that it’s been all bad. I just know I’m not where I see myself. However, despite my frustration and (minor) anxiety, I know that God, the creator, has a plan and that He will provide no matter what.

Lately, I’ve been encouraged by the sermons from Transformation Church. Michael Todd has been discussing Kingdom, Kingdom principles, and God’s precepts. I highly suggest you take a look at each of these videos and continue to follow this series. I do believe that God has a great word that He’s placed in
Mike Todd to share with us.

Though we all yearn for many things, trust that God hears you when you ask Him for the things you desire. After praying about it, utilize your time by seeking what is beneficial to the Kingdom of God. Share the gifts and skills that have been placed in you. They have been given to you for the benefit of others, not simply for yourself or the church alone. Also, actively live a life that looks like the spirit God is renewing in you. Turn away from that part of yourself that seeks to withhold what you have. We have to continue to believe and know that what we’ve asked will be given to us despite what the circumstances look like; knowing that God has a plan for our lives that He wants us to play an active part in. This is why we have to patiently endure situations specific to ourselves. The process molds our character and the way we move.
So keep moving forward in faith and wisdom.
