Peace in the eye of the storm

“Be still and know (recognize, understand) that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations! I will be exalted in the earth.”

– Psalms 46:10 AMP

God placed this on my heart.

The other day, God placed this scripture on my heart while chatting with a friend. In light of this Corona opposition we are up against this scripture is super appropriate. God did not allow this tragic season to fall upon us for punishment alone or possibly at all. He has warned us many times that we are fighting a battle that is not physical. It is spiritual and if we as a people continue to not tap into the power we have to war against the attacks of the principalities and powers in high places, things like this will continue.

So stop sitting around brushing off the things that come against you as coincidences or just something that happens to everyone. Repent from your sin, seek Jesus, and ask Him what your move should be.

Now, whether you believe there is a God who created this earth or not, the one true living God who sent His son, Jesus Christ, will let His name be known and every knee will bow and tongue will confess that He is Lord over all.

Ephesians 6:12 "Principalities & powers in high places"
Matthew 7:7 "...Seek and you shall find..."
Romans 10:9-11 "...If you confess that Jesus is Lord... you will be saved..."
Romans 14:11 Every knee shall bow and tongue confess

  1. I loved this article. It keeps God alive and in focus. Sometimes we tend to forget the real war and start concentrating on the miniscule. Yet, the real war is indeed with principalities and powers in high places and not virus and weak easily lead humans. Thank you Talib. May the Lord bless and keep you always.
